Arugula has a nutty peppery taste and is a great addition to salads, eaten alone, or lightly wilted over a fresh pizza. This variety has a slightly milder flavor and is slower to bolt. Arugula is best planted in spring and fall as summer heat increases the peppery taste.
Arugula prefers moist, well-drained soil. Fall planted arugula may overwinter for the following spring.
