Flowers emerge from pale yellow over cream turning to fully cream, then to pale lavender and finally to purple blue creating a multicolor effect. Height 3-4'.
Baptisia attracts bees and butterflies. Plants are long lived when established. Prefers dry to medium well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerates poor soils. Deer and rabbit resistant.
