Broccoli ‘Spring Raab’

Brassica rapa var. ruvo

A favorite in Italian cuisine, the tender flowering stalks and leaves are flavorful and nutritious!

This rappini broccoli does not have one central flowering stalk. Instead, multiple thin, tender flowering stalks appear within the foliage which are all harvested. When sautéed, Spring Raab is sweeter and more tender than traditional broccoli and high in vitamins.

Broccoli is a cool season crop that grows best in the spring or fall and does not tolerate summer heat. Prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil.
