Brussels Sprouts are a cool season crop that grow best in the spring or fall. Prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil. Large central stalks form sprouts studded above and below leaves. Sprouts can be harvest from the bottom up for by cutting the entire flowering stalk at once.
