When young, used for roasting and frying, older cornmeal and ornamental. Ears ranges from 8-12" long, 2-6 ears per stalk. Kernels are deep red with darker red stripes.
Corn needs an abundance of nitrogen, fertilize every few weeks until tassels forms. Keep well watered.
