Dill ‘Bouquet’

Anethum graveolens

This tall, upright, large flowering variety of dill is perfect for harvesting foliage, flowers, and seeds.

Fragrant blue-green feathery foliage is used fresh, dried, and frozen for culinary purposes. Bright yellow edible blooms attract a myriad of beneficial insects and leave behind dill seeds which are perfect for using in pickle recipes. Host plant for the Black Swallowtail Butterfly.

Dill prefers rich, consistently average, well-drained soil.
