Gorgeous glossy purple black skin and fruits growing 7-8" abound on this variety. Italian eggplants have thinner and more tender skin than their American cousins, meaning you can slice and cook without peeling!

Eggplants require rich well-draining soil. As a warm season annual, these thrive once early cool temps and all chance of frost have passed. To harvest eggplant, use a sharp knife to cut the green stem above the fruit.
