Heirloom from Taiwan. This heavy producer's fruits are long and slender reaching up to 12-14" long and only 1-2" wide. The skin is so tender you do not have to peel it to cook it. Compact height, great for containers too!

Eggplants require rich well-draining soil. As a warm season annual, these thrive once early cool temps and all chance of frost have passed. To harvest eggplant, use a sharp knife to cut the green stem above the fruit.
