Eggplant ‘Rosa Bianca’

Beautiful Italian variety with lavender and white coloration and rich creamy flesh.

 

 

 

 

Originating in Sicily, this is a favorite for chefs and gardeners for its unique coloring and rich tender flesh. Bell shaped fruits are 4-6" long and 5-7" in diameter.

Eggplants require rich well-draining soil. As a warm season annual, these thrive once early cool temps and all chance of frost have passed. To harvest eggplant, use a sharp knife to cut the green stem above the fruit.
