Perhaps one of the most well known perennial herbs, Peppermint has been grown for culinary and medicinal uses for hundreds of years. Its spicy and refreshing fragrance and flavor can be utilized both fresh and dried. Pinkish white flowers appear in summer, and the plant benefits from a cutback after bloom to encourage new leafy growth.
