Mizuna ‘Miz America’

Brassica juncea

Breathtaking red-burgundy color and leaf texture  add a mild mustard flavor to salads and greens mixes.

The color is like none other in this mizuna! Deep red, burgundy, and purple, splash through the leaves from the moment it sprouts and lasts throughout the growing season. In addition to the color, the leaves are deeply lobed, and serrated, adding a feathery texture that looks beautiful. This uniform mustard type green is great cut as baby greens for salads or lightly cooked once older and has a mild mustard flavor.

Mizuna is a cool season crop that grows best in the spring and fall. Prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil.
