Delicate purple blooms on 12” spikes float above clumps of unique one-inch wide, dimpled, green leaves. Height 6-12”.
Carex attracts birds and butterflies to the garden. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerates dry shade, rocky soils and wet areas. May self seed in the garden. Cool season grass. Deer and rabbit resistant.
