What are your hours?
We are open from 8am-4pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8am-3pm on Friday. Please note that hours are subject to change.
Do you ship plants?
Currently, we do not ship plants via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We do offer local delivery throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Please contact your sales representative for shipping rates or email us.
Do you offer pickup?
Established customers may pick up their orders at our main location at 6845 Sunshine Avenue in Kingsville. Please contact your sales representative to place your order and schedule a pickup.
It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the accuracy of the item count and quality of the material before accepting the order. Claims for shortages or quality will not be accepted once the pickup order has been signed for and has left the premises. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on orders not picked up as scheduled.
What size are the plants you grow?
Our plants are sold by pot sizes. Our pot sizes by volume for Department of Weights and Measures compliance are as follows:
- Listed as 1Q – actual liquid volume of 1.65pt (780mL)
- Listed as 1G – actual liquid volume of 2.5qt (2.36L)
- Listed as 2G – actual liquid volume of 1.5gal (5.68L)
- CB (12″) – actual liquid volume of 1.6gal (6.06L)
- HB (12″) – actual liquid volume of 1.75gal (6.62L)
Do you have minimums for ordering?
For wholesale pricing, you must order with the following minimums in mind, otherwise a small order surcharge of 20% will be applied.
- 1Q – 12 or more per variety
- 1G– 6 or more per variety
- 2G – no minimum
Do you offer pre-pricing for Garden Centers?
The cost for pre-pricing is $0.21 per label. Customized to your specifications, in any combination you choose, including:
- garden center name
- plant name
- pot volume & declaration of plant origin
- retail price
- UPC – bar codes
- SKU number
Our pre-pricing label layout and information is in compliance with the Department of Weights and Measures.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, but a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to their ship/pickup date.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Established credit accounts may be invoiced NET30; all other orders are COD. For more details please see Payments & Refunds.
What if I have a claim?
Our goal is to provide quality plants to all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes there is a need to file a claim. All claims must be made within 3 days of the invoice date. We are happy to resolve any issues, so please contact our office, your sales representative or email us.
