Compact selection with bright, rosy lavender flower wands that open from top to bottom, appearing to glow at the tips. Narrow, opposite, dark green leaves are up to 10 inches long at the base of the plant and decrease in length up the stems. Height 18-30".

Liatris attracts bees, butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden. Prefers average to moist, fertile well drained soil. Drought tolerate when established. Tolerates heat, humidity and poor soil. Deer resistant.
