Arching stems covered with fragrant creamy white flowers followed by blue-black berries in the fall. Bright green foliage with creamy white streaks. Height 24-36".
Polygonatum attracts butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden. Prefers moist, humusy, organically rich well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerates dry soil, heavy shade and wet soils. Intolerant of heat.
