Thalictrum x ‘Splendide’ (Meadow Rue)

An incredible and truly colossal meadow rue hybrid of T. delavayi and T. elegans. Entire clouds of airy lavender-pink blooms soar upwards of 6 feet up and 3 feet white atop burgundy tinted stems. Up close each tiny flower is so delicate with 4-5 cupped petals and creamy white stamen. The foliage is delicate and graceful with airy leaflets arching upwards. Flowering stalks are heavy and benefit from staking or being planted alongside sturdy plant companions. Prefers dappled sun and moist soils.
